You should never feel guilty about being hungry! Not only do our bodies love healthy foods, it NEEDS them. So go ahead - have that banana, enjoy that slice of whole-grain bread. Depriving yourself of something you need only brings weakness..and a really bad mood.
Know your body, love your body, feed your body.
